“The room was as pictured. Beautiful and clean! Grateful that the gentleman in reception was waiting at the entrance and helped us with our luggage to the second floor. It was great that it faced the street. We opened the windows to get in fresh air. The AC worked great too. The beds were very comfortable. Bottled water was provided and we could refill them in the lobby. The fridge was very convenient. It’s only two blocks from the plaza. So it’s convenient and safe to walk at night. The jacuzzi is inside the restaurant and didn’t feel comfortable getting in but that was just us. We had trouble with the WiFi the first night but worked fine the remaining of our stay. The only issue was the hot water. It ran out soon after the first person got in the shower each day. But we would definitely stay there again! Laundry service is a few doors down, keep in mind it’s closed on Sundays.”
