“Excelente ubicación, disfrutamos sentarnos en la terraza de la azotea y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Tienen un restaurante y bar adjunto que realmente disfrutamos. ¡Super caminable para acceder a grandes vistas y deliciosos tacos! ¡Definitivamente nos quedaríamos allí de nuevo!”
“We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Casa Pandurata. We know SMA well and use to spend winters there. This was our first time back since covid and we stayed 1 month. Our priorities for an Airbnb was 1) flat walkable area in the center 2) renovated and in neutral calming colors 3) sunny and airy 4) kitchen 5) security 6) AC/Heat. Our apartment #6 had it all! It also had a great view with morning sun streaming in. The kitchen came minimally equipped as most guests probably don’t cook a lot. But as we were staying a full month and planned to cook most meals we needed a fuller kitchen. But Alex at the front desk worked with us and provided extra utensils, plates, large bottled water and even a toaster! He couldn’t have been more accommodating. There were some reviews about #6, having dog barking due to the dog rescue next door. We heard nothing. The only con was to get to the roof terrace one had to go down to the first floor and up a different set of stairs.”

“Location is excellent! In the middle of everything. Place was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet given some of the other reviews (i stayed in rm #6). The dogs at the rescue next door barked occasionally, and the church bells rang on a regular schedule but weren't really an issue. Nice comfortable linens on the bed. Bed was comfortable though a bit firm. Elevator was efficient but very slow. The hot tub wasn't very hot to the touch and was literally in the middle of the restaurant and unlikely to be used. Should probably be removed from the description. Alex, one of the staff members was very friendly and accommodating. Others were ok but less so. Relox is a main artery, so busses regularly travel down the street and you get to suck up diesel fumes if you're outside. Some nice church views from the kitchen and bedroom. better lighting in the bathroom over the sink and indirect lighting in the kitchen and living room areas, rather than harsh lights would be good.”
“I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was clean and well-located. However, the jacuzzi was inaccurately described and is not a real jacuzzi. I recommend removing it from the listed amenities. Overall, a good experience but with that one correction.”
“Our stay with L.R.M was wonderful! The place itself is great - amazing location and very walkable to anything in the El Centro area. Well-lit and cozy beds, restaurant was good, and shared rooftop terrace was nice too. I messaged them several times before and during our stay and they were always very helpful and extremely fast to respond. Would recommend!”
