“Overall the rooms and bathroom and soaps and kitchen utensils provided are great. However I booked in part because it had a rooftop terrace and hot tub, but the hot tub turned out to be in the middle of the restaurant!!! The property mgmt company sent WAY too many emails- almost to the point of harassment. The digital lock was very finicky and I had to get help from the front desk several times to open it until they finally just gave me a key. The room was right above the restaurant which could get very loud and the lobby noise was very loud in the room as well. The location close to the Parroquia is perfect, but the noise of the firecrackers was occasionally very disturbing. I would highly recommend the place with just a few caveats.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Casa Pandurata and would happily stay here again! From the moment we booked, the hosts and staff were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. They shared thoughtful recommendations, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Our suite was comfortable, charming, and exactly what we needed. The restaurant downstairs offers delicious food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service. Be sure to take some time to enjoy it! The only small clarification is about the soaking tub. We booked partly because we desired a hot tub. It’s actually located in the restaurant courtyard. The staff kindly invited us to use it, but we personally weren’t comfortable soaking in the middle of the restaurant. It’s a beautiful feature that adds to the ambiance. It just wasn’t what we expected. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. We felt safe, well cared for, and truly appreciated the hospitality.”
