“The host, Alex was very accommodating & attentive. Hospitality, however didn’t make up for what the accommodation itself lacked. Before booking, we read reviews that the room was noisy, but were willing to overlook because there was a Jacuzzi. Before arriving, I messaged my excitement about the Jacuzzi- No reply from the team that it was broken. After arriving they said we could use one, about an eight min walk away. Not ideal. Room was indeed VERY noisy. The queen bed is next to a mechanical room with a high pitched pump that turns on and off throughout the day/night. The double bed is nothing near luxury- VERY firm, (and I love a firm bed) but linens are nice. The king bed is comfortable, but also subject to entryway & restaurant noise. The entire apartment is part of the hotel lobby entrance & adjacent to the restaurant. The hallway & entrance are made of stone, so the sound magnifies and echoes. The kitchen had everything we needed, but the lighting was blaring white.”
