“1 Star – Avoid This Property and Management Company This was, without question, one of the worst travel and hospitality experiences I have ever had. Before we even arrived, I tested positive for COVID and contacted the host immediately. We were not asking for a refund. We simply asked to move our reservation to different dates. We were told that our situation did not qualify under their policies and that nothing could be done. We were left with the choice of either losing the entire reservation or traveling while I was sick. When we arrived, things only got worse. One of the beds had hair in it, another bedroom had bugs on the bed, and the cleanliness was far below what anyone should expect from an Airbnb. Being sick and walking into a property that was not properly cleaned made the entire situation even more upsetting. We remained respectful and simply wanted reasonable solutions. Instead, the communication from the management company was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofess”

Unfortunately the house had some air quality issues. This impacted our health and respiratory function for all of our party during our stay. It was disappointing because the home and amenities were exceptional.”
