“So many great things about our stay! Alejandro was incredibly helpful and very nice to work with, as were the other LRM employees. We encountered some issues with heavy rains (it was the June rainy season) and a few leaks in the house (as is normal for Mexico homes) - they responded right away and very graciously. Every message sent was responded to almost immediately. The home was beautiful, very comfortable and incredibly spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was super hot. All the living spaces were better than shown in the photos. Elevator was very convenient for our heavy luggage. The location was simply the best! Safe and tucked away off the main street, so very quiet. We enjoyed everything about this house, especially its location - very central to walking everywhere! We really can't say enough good things about our stay, LRM & Alejandro. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for everything!!”

“The location was great. The home was as descripted but the complex was not -no water in the shared pool and hot tub and they needed repairs. The home was very large and roomy. The courtyard and terraces were minimally furnished but lacked the plants and flowers that you usually find in San Miguel and the rooftop concrete benches had no cushions.
We ran out of filtered water but did receive more the next day. The heating units upstairs worked well. We were advised not to use the elevator. The third level bathtub/shower would not drain well and it and the toilet emitted bad smells. A worker came to address the issue but actually did nothing and we were advised that everything was fine. Meanwhile those guests had to use the second floor bath. To access the home you must have 3 keys. One each for the street entrance, the iron gate, and the home. You must have keys in hand to unlock and relock each. We only had one set of keys for 2 families making this very inconvenient.”
